Welcome to Woody’s

Tonight was the premiere of BuzzWordz at Woody’s Wood Fired Tavern located at Evans & Quebec in Denver. Teams came out in full force trivia mode to debut tonight.  We had high ranking scores throughout the entire game starting with round one Everyone Poops coming in 3^rd, 3 way tie for second between Hazed & Confused, K Reed Club, and R & N, and forcing the first tie breaker a 2 way tie for first between Tiger Sharks and Crimea River. Crimea River took the tie breaker with their excellent knowledge of suckers and licking.

Round Two and Three showed that the remain teams came to Woody’s to play serious trivia and nothing else.   The teams all trailed each other back and forth within a couple points.  Crimea River took ALL THREE Rounds, and to share the wealth, donated their winning shots to the second place team Tiger Sharks, who were more than excited to receive some free shots (and who wouldn’t be).

The opening day of Trivia at Woody’s ended with K Reed Club coming in 5^th, RN coming in 4^th, Everybody Poops (A.K.A. Greased up Deaf guy) coming in 3^rd, Tiger Sharks coming in 2^nd, and the Big Winners were Crimea River taking home the big money Woody’s gift certificate.
